| Training | Prior to opening, the franchisee attends our initial training program that lasts approximately eight days. Training will, unless otherwise stated, take place at our Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario. The franchisee and their staff must also attend such additional or supplemental training courses and seminars and franchisee meetings of such duration as the franchisor may deem reasonably necessary. | A comprehensive 3-week training course is provided, covering such topics as: management & sales techniques/ operating systems & methods/ customer & employee relations/ local advertising & promotion. |
