| Training | Our Training Program equips you with the skills and knowledge you need to operate your Good Earth Coffeehouse. Training is held at Good Earth’s corporate offices and a training store, both in Calgary, Alberta. The cost of our Training Program is included in the franchise fee, although you will have personal expenses including transportation, meals, and accommodations while training. All Good Earth Franchise Partners are required to attend and successfully complete the training program. | You will attend our Initial Training Program to give you an overview of operations. During the week long program you will again access to our information for Accounting, Store Operations, Advertisements, Coffee, Tea, HR procedures, and more. |
