Training Training at our headquarters for four intensive days *Additional training onsite at your location *Monthly conference calls *Unlimited electronic and telephone support. Prior to opening, the franchisee attends our initial training program that lasts approximately eight days. Training will, unless otherwise stated, take place at our Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario. The franchisee and their staff must also attend such additional or supplemental training courses and seminars and franchisee meetings of such duration as the franchisor may deem reasonably necessary.
