Experience We are looking for professionals with a passion for teaching Spanish to children in the community and who have a desire to grow and manage a successful business. The ideal franchisee is also an excellent communicator both verbally and written, who has an absolute motivation for success. This individual should also be organized and successful at multi-tasking. It is not necessary to have a teaching background or even fluency in the Spanish language. You will be trained on the various Futura curriculums, our teaching methods, as well as techniques necessary to train your local instructors. You should have a love for working with children and a passion for the Spanish language and its many cultures. These two things make promoting Spanish instruction for children contagious! You do not necessarily need to be a teacher or hold a current teaching certificate to join the Best in Class franchise system. We do look for franchise owners who have Bachelor's Degrees or higher, and some experience in working with children. Franchisees should also have a passion for teaching or working with students, plus the right business/customer relations skills, and a solid work ethic. We also want franchise owners who will be dedicated to the operations and growth of their Best in Class Education Centers.
