| Training | We offer extensive "hands on" training in turf management, marketing, administrative operations, and the all around business for your business. Not only do we offer Operation and Company training manuals, we also guarantee our unparalleled support! Additionally, you will be assigned your very own franchise coordinator. This lawn care expert will be there to assist you with your day to day questions or needs. | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised business. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised business and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised business. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. We expect that your attendees will advance through the training program at different rates depending on a variety of factors, including background and experience. We do not charge for initial training. If you replace your designated manager, your new designated manager must attend our training program. You are responsible for training your own employees and other management personnel. This initial training is in addition to the on-site opening assistance we provide to you. Your franchised business must at all times be under the day-to-day supervision of a designated manager who has satisfactorily completed our training program. After a replacement of the designated manager, he or she has 60 days to complete initial training. |
