This covers every aspect of the business, from handling new enquiries, quoting and scheduling to window and gutter cleaning small and big places - and everything in between. Each franchisee is also trained to use the customised computer software. The comprehensive Operations Manual documents each procedure for handy quick reference. | Our franchise owners are trained on all aspects of the Men In Kilts operations, from the safety and technical details of the service, to the big picture of managing the business successfully. The program is a combination of training at our head office, extensive in-field hands on training, and ongoing coaching and support calls. 7-10 days of start-up training at our head office. On-going support and coaching. |
