| Experience | We look for candidates who have a passion for providing great customer service, and having some management or team leadership skills is also important. However, it is not necessary to have previous experience in residential cleaning services. Regardless of your skills or background, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own Dust Queen business. We do, of course, also expect that you have the right amount of capital to invest in the franchise. | *You can't be a criminal. *You got to believe in the Golden Rule because treating people with respect and dignity are a big deal around here. *You got to have the CA$H. | Training | You will have up to ten days of training at our corporate location and you will also receive up to three days of pre-opening help at your own location, within 30 days of your beginning operations. | Training Consists of: Cleaning Concepts, Customer Service, Recruiting, Interview, Hiring, Motivating, Managing the Manager, Administration, Equipment care and maintenance, Computer Ordering & Management System. The training is rigorous and incorporates every aspect of office management and operations from staffing your first office to local territory marketing. After completing your initial studies at Maids University you will be qualified to manage, and prepared to train your new staff. |
