| Training | Training begins well before, and continues well after, the opening of the store. The storeowner will be assigned a trainer from our corporate offices. The training program includes a complete review of the comprehensive operations manual and other materials including: Store Build Out and Preparation Cash Management Hours of Operation Inventory Order and Control Merchandise Ordering Merchandising Store security Employee Handbook Customized training can be done telephonically or a combo of class room training at our corporate headquarters is available. | Our franchisees first take a three phase online course after which they spend one full week in Fargo at our Store Support Center and Flagship location. We send a team of 2 to every store for a full week before they open. Once open for six weeks, we offer a Phase VI one-on-one training program with our Founder and the franchisee. |
