The original Croshaw's Gourmet Pies was opened in 1992 in St George, Utah with Ron Lloyd and Greg Croshaw, the college football coach. Ron Lloyd manages and runs the store using recipes he developed himself after taking the knowledge he learned working in a national pie chain restaurant and then improving on them. People from all over the west travel to Croshaw's whenever they go through St. George as these pies are addicting. Ron is consistently asked when he is going to expand to where ever they live. That time is now and you have the opportunity to be a part of it.
