| Training | Prior to opening, franchise owners attend training led by our team of franchising experts, totaling approximately 50 hours. This includes in-person and online training. In addition, a corporate representative will be present to assist with the opening and initial operations of your center, to help you get off to a great start. | 3 days of classroom and hands-on training. Some of the key aspects of the training is provided by the Founder of Challenge Island, Sharon Estroff. Once you return to your market and are ready for business, Challenge Island will have a support person come to your market for one-full day and provide on-site training and assistance.
