| Training | First, you'll attend an on-site franchisee training program at our home office in Austin, Texas. The agenda is packed with information on service methodology, recruiting and interviewing skills, commanding top margins, marketing and sales best practices, and more. We'll show you how to build a professional business with recurring revenue streams. We offer interactive, hands-on training to fine-tune the skills you'll need most in your new computer services career. Classroom Training: 82.5 hours Additional Training: 2 weeks onsite in Austin, TX | Though tuition is included in the Franchise Fee, travel and living expenses will be charged to the Franchisee. The 5-day Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator course is offered in 230 locations. Travel and living expenses will also be charged to the Franchisee for the 4-day hands-on management training which is conducted in Orlando, Florida. |
