We also prefer franchise owners who will be directly involved in the operations and growth of their Onsite Recon franchises. We expect that franchisees have the right amount of capital to invest in the business. | |

| Training | Technically, the ChipsAway System is easy to learn ; you will be painting cars to a commercial standard within a few days! ChipsAway ensures franchisees are up and running in the shortest time possible. We have developed a comprehensive three week training programme which is backed up by a hands-on, highly targeted launch module, using the resources of experienced staff and franchisees. In no time at all your business is up and running will immediate cashflow. | We will provide you with up to 20 days of pre-opening, corporate-based training to you as the franchise owner and one other individual you designate. We will also provide you with up to four days of on-site training within 60 days of commencement of operations, to assist with marketing, sales strategies, providing services, and more, to ensure that you are up and running, and following our prescribed standards of operation. |
| Support | Each franchisee has their own designated member of the Franchise Support team who mentors them for as long as required. | You will have access to all Onsite Recon's exclusive trademarks, equipment, products and procedures.
