Some background in customer service or sales would also be helpful for building relationships with customers in your territory. We also prefer franchise owners who will be directly involved in the operations and growth of their Onsite Recon franchises. We expect that franchisees have the right amount of capital to invest in the business. | |

| Training | You will spend 4 weeks worth of training at one of our selected classroom locations. We will introduce you to the history of the company, conduct training on our way of doing business, hold lectures from industry professionals and introduce you to our professional team of vendors who are there to supply you with the best supplies in the automotive business. The Brake King Team will then culminate the training with on-the-job experience at our corporate store. | We will provide you with up to 20 days of pre-opening, corporate-based training to you as the franchise owner and one other individual you designate. We will also provide you with up to four days of on-site training within 60 days of commencement of operations, to assist with marketing, sales strategies, providing services, and more, to ensure that you are up and running, and following our prescribed standards of operation. |
