We are looking for franchisees that have a strong business background that can operate multiple units. Tossed is the ideal expansion vehicle for existing knowledgeable operators. More important than experience in the food service industry, you should have the following qualities: customer service orientation, the ability to train and motivate, enthusiasm, energy and willingness to follow our systems. |

It introduces participants to the Kahala culture, level of support provided, and the roles and responsibilities for supporting franchisee and franchisor success. It provides exposure to basic business concepts such as customer service, profitability, quality assurance, inventory, purchasing and distribution, and more. On-The-Job Training: 80 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours | A training team will train your management and staff with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service. |
