| Training | Bijoux Terner conducts an intensive initial training program for all new franchisees over a six day period at its Miami, FL training facility and/or one of its operating luxury boutiques. The training course includes detailed education and instruction in all facets of the business operation including: * The Bijoux Terner Concept * Visual Merchandising * Boutique Management * Sales and Service | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised business. The topics covered are listed in the chart below. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised business and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised business. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. |
