| Experience | You do not necessarily need to be a teacher or hold a current teaching certificate to join the Best in Class franchise system. We do look for franchise owners who have Bachelor's Degrees or higher, and some experience in working with children. Franchisees should also have a passion for teaching or working with students, plus the right business/customer relations skills, and a solid work ethic. We also want franchise owners who will be dedicated to the operations and growth of their Best in Class Education Centers. | Willing to follow a proven system and committed to excellence, consistency, and constant, positive communication with his/her students and community. |
