| Training | Training will take place at our Morgan Hill, CA headquarters and flagship store for about Two weeks. You will work closely with a designated supervisor and headquarters staff. The training fee is included in the franchise fee. You will be responsible for lodging, travel and other personal costs. | As a franchisee, you will attend Coffee College, five days of comprehensive training at our corporate training center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. You will also receive 4 days of training on-site at your location. Our training programs cover all aspects of operating a Cuppy's Coffee franchise and includes everything you will need to run your business! While training at our Corporate Headquarters, you will also receive hands-on experience working and operating one of our corporate stores. |
| Support | You have the option of having one of our supervisors provide you with on-site training for up to five days around the opening date of your restaurant. They can be there to make sure your restaurant is set up and prepared to operate and help you get it running. | |
| Marketing | The Cuppy's Coffee Marketing Department is made up of the best and brightest who will provide you with marketing training, user-friendly marketing manuals, seasonal campaigns, promotions and merchandising assistance. The Marketing Department's focus is to help you have the best materials and programs possible so you can attract and retain guests.
