| Training | Training will take place at our Morgan Hill, CA headquarters and flagship store for about Two weeks. You will work closely with a designated supervisor and headquarters staff. The training fee is included in the franchise fee. You will be responsible for lodging, travel and other personal costs. | The comprehensive 4-week training program at our Corporate Training Centre provides hands-on experience covering all phases of operating your Cafe Supreme franchise. You will receive operations manuals that cover everything from employee hiring and training to product preparation, management, advertising and business systems. The training continues with special on-site support by one of our training managers for 1 week for your cafe opening. |
