| Experience | Medical experience is not required. A successful franchisee will have strong work ethics, possess a vision for their lives, have a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeed. People with demonstrated success in interacting with others and a desire to serve the community by making a difference in people's lives are a good fit for this business. | Q:Do I need a health care background to manage the center? A:No. Some of our most successful franchisees have business, marketing and/or sales backgrounds. Having a formal healthcare background and/or training is not necessary. Prior franchise experience is helpful. Q:Do I have to be on site to manage the daily operations of my center? A:No, we will assist you in hiring an Executive Director who will manage the center. You will be expected to have weekly meetings and unannounced visits to your center to ensure your Executive Director is fulfilling their obligations. |

| Training | Up to 3 individuals will attend a 40 hour training program at the corporate offices prior to the opening of your business. Six different instructors will review the start up process and provide valuable training on how to manage and grow your business. Field training will include sales, marketing, and live assessment visits in the client's home. | |

During the first 4 months of operations we will spend a minimum of one day a month at your location to provide operational support and assistance.
