Training & Support

Training Up to 3 individuals will attend a 40 hour training program at the corporate offices prior to the opening of your business. Six different instructors will review the start up process and provide valuable training on how to manage and grow your business. Field training will include sales, marketing, and live assessment visits in the client's home. Our training is state-of-the art in the senior care industry and begins with five full days at our headquarters in suburban Cincinnati, OH. This is very hands-on and personalized in small group settings to maximize the learning experience. Additionally, ongoing training modules for your managers, caregivers, referral networking managers and care managers/schedulers are provided as your business grows and your training needs evolve. We believe in "learning for life" and have patterned our franchise services in the same manner On-The-Job Training: 32 hours Classroom Training: 40 hours
Support Technical assistance in obtaining any required State licensure will be provided. During the first 4 months of operations we will spend a minimum of one day a month at your location to provide operational support and assistance. An Operations Manual will be provided to you and unlimited, on-going phone support is available.
