| Training | This is where it all begins! We want you to have the best training and business tools possible to ensure you are prepared to open and operate your new store. You will receive five days of initial training at our offices in Orlando, Florida and an additional five days of training on-site at your store. After your initial training, you will receive on-going training and support from your Area Representative, headquarters staff, system webinars, suppliers and our annual conference. Your initial training includes: Comprehensive Operations Manuals Customer sales and product knowledge Finding & hiring the right team members Store operations and merchandising Marketing and advertising POS and customer data transfer system Purchasing Budgeting, accounting and finance New store setup | |
| Support | Air Advantage franchisees do not need to busy themselves with the additional costs and headaches associated with the administrative tasks of billing, collections and scheduling. Our system provides the franchisee with billing, collection and scheduling services. Our system allows you to monitor the schedule and add appointments as needed, but most of the customer installation appointments will be handled by the Corporate Call Center. One problem we have seen in our business is that small ISP's fail because the administrative burden of billing, scheduling and customer technical support becomes overwhelming as the business grows. With the Air Advantage system, we handle those administrative tasks for you. This allows you to market your business, grow your business and add customers. Once a customer is on board, all technical and billing functions are handled by the Corporate Office. This allows you to focus on running YOUR business while we support your customers and your network Our Network Operations Center (NOC) will help monitor and maintain your network. We will make any necessary corrections remotely and notify you automatically if there is a problem with your network. Our 24/7 customer support provides your customers with around the clock care to help with their networking needs. We can monitor customer connections from the NOC and pinpoint the areas of concern. This service will also help you grow your network.
