| Training | We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised restaurant. The topics covered are listed in the chart below. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Orem, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manger for the franchised restaurant and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised restaurant. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option. | Training is important. Time is taken to ensure prospective franchisees are ready to successfully operate in their market. Successful candidates will undergo an extensive training program at several store locations and incorporates management, marketing and operations. Ongoing operational and marketing support is provided to all franchisees. In addition, specialized Food Cost Analysis reports are prepared free of charge as part of our ongoing and unique franchise support - something no other franchise can boast. Communication is emphasized; our staff are accessible and responsive. Annual franchisee meetings are held to provide additional training and exchange of ideas. Interaction and communication between franchisees is encouraged. |
