| Training | 32 University provides professional training in all aspects of operating a 32 A Yogurt Bar store. Once you are approved for a franchise, your training will begin with an intensive training program. This will include not only working in one of our stores, but also meeting with marketing, accounting and operations staff. This is a thorough training program designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate your own 32 A Yogurt Bar store! | 2 weeks of intensive training from the most basic of shop functions to the most comprehensive management techniques necessary to run the Sweet Nel's business. Training is ongoing for both you and your employees. |
| Support | The franchisor maintains an outstanding marketing team. We will provide you with advice for your local advertising, including assistance with identification of desired media in your local market area, print ad design and placement, social media outlets and other possible marketing efforts to make your store a well-known destination. | A Sweet Nel's consultant will guide you through every phase of development and, eventually, to help you open your shop. After shop construction, and for the 2-weeks prior to grand opening, we will assist in setting up your Sweet Nel's Shop. Sweet Nel's franchisees are provided with a Field Service Consultant on-call to answer questions and to provide support. They will visit on a regular basis and have an in-depth meeting about how things are going and to offer suggestions and evaluations. |
